>> Diamond Hills Pre-School Ladies Pamper Night << AR1 Fitness Training was invited to be a part of and give a presentation at the Diamond Hill's Preschool Ladies Pamper Night which was a great success! The night had lots of great feedback, helped raise funds for the Pre-School & also was a great night out for the ladies attending.
>> Fun Run for a good cause Sun 6th March<< Walk On Fun Run - A fundraiser for Maya Dove Walk On is a private rehabilitation program run by SCIA (Spinal Cord Injuries Australia). Walk on is an individually designed intensive exercise program to assist a person with spinal cord injury to maximise their functional recovery. The fun run on the 6th of March is a fundraiser for the beautiful Maya Dove. Maya and her family will be going to Sydney this year to attend an intensive 2 week program called "Walk On". The event is extending their support and help so that the whole family can attend this rehabilitation program. When: Sunday 6th March >> To view the flyer please click here <<
Why
not enter the Run for Kids which is being held on Sunday the 17th of April.
I really encourage you to give it a the fun run a go, even if you've never run one before! It doesn't matter how
long it takes you, or if you don't run the whole way. It's about getting
out there, giving it a go & helping out a great cause at the same time.

I'm very proud to say that everyone on the team finished the race So again I would really like to congratulate the team on putting themselves out of their comfort zone and proving to themselves that they can do anything they put their mind too! So keep going guys. It's a great example of not waiting for it to happen - but MAKING IT HAPPEN!
