Hi There,
Wow, can you believe that we are
almost 1/2 way through the year? In this newsletter I decided to tackle a
topic that I think EVERYONE can benefit from regardless of your health
& fitness goals.
Winter is notoriously a harder time
of year to stay on track (it’s cold, its dark, people are tired and
run down) which is why my article is about finding your motivation again.
I've also made it my focus in
this newsletter to describe other ways you can become fit. As you know I
don't just promote Personal Training - it's about getting out there and
doing something (as you'll read in our Client's Corner & also Other
News with We Can
Lose A Million). There are so many ways to become fit & healthy,
it's just about getting out there and finding what works for you!
So I hope with all this
information it helps give you that extra inspiration you need to stay on
track so you don't undo all those results you've worked so hard for over
the last couple of months.

Article: Find your motivation AGAIN! By Amanda Woollard
Over the last couple of weeks I’ve found that my motivation has
completely dropped off the face of the earth and managed to go and bury
itself on a far off planet in another solar system!
My energy, determination and focus have been completely out of whack!
This in turn has meant that my eating hasn’t been as diligent as
normal, my exercise regime has slackened off, my water intake has been
minimal and I keep putting off my personal development for other
“stuff”
(shock horror –
a personal trainer actually admitting such a thing out loud! hehe).

know that trying to create a fit & healthy lifestyle can sometimes be
hard and often it feels like you're doing it on your own. >> This
month I wanted to also demonstrate to you that it doesn’t always have
to be about Personal Training. Group Fitness classes are a great way to get
fit & have fun! AR xx

What is the best
thing about your healthy lifestyle?
Being able to do anything that I want. Nothing stops me.
I also love being able to fit into my clothes & eating whatever I like!
What has been the hardest thing for you?
Maintaining motivation. I find it's
often difficult to fit in exercise when things crop up (like appointments
after work etc)
How have
you overcome this?
Group Training makes it so much easier
for me. I find I get a great workout, it's scheduled times that I have to
go to class (rather than trying to find the time myself) and it's a great
socially too!
What's
your biggest accomplishment to date?
Kickboxing! I never thought I would
have been able to do it and now I do it regularly (Amanda: and she 'kick's' butt at
it too! hehe bad joke I know... Sorry Jenny! xx)

I teach Body Pump on Monday nights
at 6pm and on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm I also teach Cycle on Tuesday
nights at 5pm. Don't be scared if you think you aren’t fit enough -
it's all at your own pace!
