Hi Amanda,
This month, rather
than writing a how to handle the silly season article I'd normally write, I
decided instead to share with you some of the insights and changes that I
have personally changed so I can live a fit & healthy lifestyle. I hope
that you are able to find some inspiration or motivation from it and
realise that you're not the only one struggling at this time of year.
I've also included in this newsletter all of
the entries we received for our t-shirt competition. It will be up to you
guys to let me know which design you like the most and the t-shirt that has
the most entries will win & be made up.
Finally the last piece of news I have to share
with you is I am now a qualified
Kickbox instructor =D. That means we'll be able to
incorporate some of your "karate kid" moves into your workouts
and also at Group Training. Kickboxing is a fantastic workout and it's a
great way to get rid of some stress relief!
So please enjoy the newsletter and please
remember to let me know which t-shirt you like best (even if you're not
currently training / haven't trained - let me know. I'd still love to hear
your thoughts!)
Wishing
you great Health & Fitness
Lots of Luv

Heading into the silly season it’s the time of year we all get so
incredibly busy. With all of our work functions, bbq’s, parties and catch-ups
with friends and family, it can mean that looking after your health &
fitness can literally be the last thing on your mind.
Because we feel so rushed and overwhelmed it’s very easy to be
tempted to “take some time off and relax” and inadvertently
undo all of that hard work you’ve put in over this year. It can also
mean that because you’re so busy and tired that you feel like
you’re the only person struggling to keep up your health and fitness
goals (after all no-one
else struggles with those negative voices, impulses to overeat or tells
themselves “they can eat that because they deserve time to enjoy it
and relax”....– do they?) .... Continue

Group
Training 2010 - Reserve your Place!
As you're aware the year is quickly coming to
the end (which means my annual snowboarding adventure is coming up - yay!)
it also means that we've only got a couple of weeks left of Group Training
this year. Next year Group Training will commence on Monday 1st of February
2010. To avoid disappointment and missing out on a spot, we are now taking
reservations (and it's already filling up quickly!) We will organise
confirmation early next year, so if you are interested in Group Training
I'd encourage you to let me know so I can save you a spot as its first come
first served.

T-Shirt
Competition
Firstly I want to say a BIG thank
you to the guys that took the time to come up with some fantastic ideas for
t-shirt designs for AR1 Fitness Training. In case you missed the last
newsletter I am currently running a competition for people to design
Training Shirts for you guys and it's up to you to decide which one you
like best!
The logo / t-shirt design will be on the front
of the t-shirt and either as a small logo on the right hand side OR as a full logo
on the front (example below). Please email me or let me know when you see
me, which t-shirt design you like the best and if you think it should be on
the right hand side or the centre, to help me to determine the winner :)
