:: Newsletters::Small to Medium business is time consuming. Most of the time we only have time to focus on getting the job done, which means some of the important aspects of business get overlooked (like our existing customers).
AR1 has come up with an easy solution for your business, where we will work with you to create a newsletter so you can maximise your exposure to your existing customers and still keep in contact with them. We work with you to understand your products and services, understand your client base and learn the 'language' that you use. After having met with you we will understand your business and we will then be able to create a newsletter that is designed to appeal to your customer base.
Did you know that it is easier to sell to an existing client than find a new one? Existing clients know your products & services, they know the customer service levels to expect and you have already started to build a relationship with them. Unfortunately though, as competition is fierce customers now have a level of choice that they previously didn't have. If the client hasn't created a strong relationship with you then they do not have the loyalty that will make them choose you over a 'good marketing drive'. This is why it is so important to be constantly in contact with your clients, building up their loyalty to you, adding value to the service you provide, and constantly staying in their conscious.
The Benefits of a Newsletter::: Brand Awareness :: Detailed articles about the benefits of your products / services :: Building loyalty in your customer base as you are now giving them more information for free :: Creates an interest in your products (they may not be aware of) :: Easy Referrals (newsletters can be forwarded / passed onto your client's personal / business network) :: Cheap Advertising (promotions, discounts etc) :: More exposure for your business (Customers are twice as likely to read an 'informative' newsletter than read an add)
In today's world consumers are bombarded with advertising and marketing which means that the business's need to become savvy and stand apart from their competition. Newsletters are a great medium to use as they are informative, people can choose to read them in their own time and they can't be fast forwarded (like on TV). Think of how many ads you see / hear in a day (radio, TV, newspapers, bill boards, cars, shop windows, dockets etc). You need to engage your customers, you need to create a way that consumers WANT to learn more about your business, WANT to read about your product and services. You can create all this with a newsletter.
Here are some thumbnails of the newsletters that we have created: Indigo Training:: The Client required an email newsletter. The newsletter was made up in three parts Introduction / Conversational Piece, Customer in Focus, and a Website Section (to direct people to the website)
Waax Works:: The client required an casual newsletter to hand out to clients when they came into the salon. The newsletter also had the purpose of being informative for clients and selling the benefits of new treatments. This was a two page newsletter (back to back) AR1:: I wanted to create a casual newsletter to send out to customers who purchased the Azzpadz. It needed to be informative, personal and work and building up my brand, making people aware of the extra services I provided, i.e. newsletters, web design etc.
