Hi There,
Eek - Another month has passed. It's spring and you can feel summer is
coming! By now the panic may have set in because you've realised that it's
warming up and soon it'll be shorts, skirts and singlet attire in no time.
To help motivate you and get you pumped for summer (and lead you away from
temptation) I've written an article on "Why Diets &
Quick Fixes Don't Work".
Hopefully after reading it you'll be excited and focused on
achieving your health and fitness goals!
Remember to keep it simple because you've got plenty of time to get fit and
lose those winter kilograms. To begin / stay on track you only need to
concentrate on "one thing at a time" that is going to get you
closer to your goals! (Don't put it off any longer and let another month or
two slip past... What can you do TODAY to Make it Happen?)

It’s officially spring and that means that there is only 12 weeks
until summer! This summer will you be happy with your energy levels? Will
you be comfortable with how your body looks? Will you feel good about
yourself and your fitness levels?
When I ask these questions to my clients a lot of them can say
YES because they are doing something about it! My question to you is; what
are you going to do about it this summer? Are you going to start taking
control and begin to work on it now, or will you wait until it’s too
late? Then try quick fixes and fad diets to try and desperately get those
results you want only to be disappointed (again)?

As always I am busy trying to get the Health & Fitness message out to
anyone that will listen. I believe that people really do want to be fit
& healthy and it's my job to educate & inspire people to make it
happen!
GROUP TRAINING:
It's getting warmer, the mornings are not as cold and daylight is lasting
longer. That means it's time to start Group Training again. It's a
fantastic way to get fit and lose weight in a fun environment (it's so much more fun than
running on a treadmill!).
Sessions will be held twice a week for 6 weeks running on:
Tuesday & Thursday mornings 6am – 7am at Binnak Park, Watsonia
North. There are only 18 spots and you will need to be quick to book your
place (we're already taking bookings!)

9:30am and will finish by 11am.

What is the best thing about your new lifestyle?
My
energy levels have gone up dramatically & now I have the energy to play
with my daughters.
What has been the hardest thing for you?
I
haven't had a lot of self confidence in the past when I run.
How have you overcome this?
I've
stopped listening to the negative self talk and started believing that I
can do it! I've found that by being fitter and stronger it's easier to run
& get in a rhythm now and keep going.
What has been your biggest accomplishment to date?
During
the Fitness Test with Amanda I ran 1.6km nonstop!

Reservoir. Both events were enjoyable and once again I would like to extend
my thanks to them inviting me to be the guest speaker for the evening.
